Warranty

1. This Limited Warranty is VOID if any repairs/replacement are completed by any company or individual not associated with or authorized by EZ Lift Garage Doors and More.

2. This Limited Warranty does not cover Cables Off, Door Re-positioning / Doors Off Track.

3. This Limited Warranty is in effect for a period of one year from time of original install and/or repair.

4. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred.

5. This Limited Warranty does not cover light bulbs or repair parts necessary as the results of operator abuse or negligence, including the failure to install, adjust and operate this garage door opener according to instructions contained in the owner’s manual.

6. This Limited Warranty does not cover opener operational problems caused by electromagnetic interference such as but not limited to:​

• • Nearby airports

  • Television or radio transmission towers

  • Military installations and ships cruising up and down the sound and ship canal

  • Power lines

  • Cell phone towers

  • Appliances within 10 to 15 feet of the receiver whether they are running or not

  • Plug-in transformers used for security systems, sprinkler controls and cordless power tool chargers

  • Wireless doorbells

  • Computers

  • Wireless networks/Wi-Fi

  • Fax machines

  • Copiers

  • Cordless phones

  • Yard light timers and motion detectors

  • LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs

  • Any number of small appliances (one of the most common culprits is cheap clock radios)

  • Air conditioning or heating system thermostats

  • Florescent lighting fixtures

  • Halogen lighting fixtures

  • Ham radio transmitters

  • Car battery chargers

  • Motor Homes

  • House wiring​

This limited warranty excludes:

1. Rust caused by damages or scratching

2. Damage resultant from exposure to corrosive chemicals, corrosive fumes, salt environments (including coastal areas), condensation, water or fire

3. Damage caused by accident, improper use, negligent operation, improper maintenance or normal wear

4. Defects in paints or coatings used to finish door sections outside manufacturer paint/coating

5. Any product or component which is modified, altered and/or not part of the original door or opener

6. Damage resulting from any circumstance beyond the direct control of seller

7. Minor expansion and contraction gaps in overlay material on carriage house and fiberglass doors

8. Damage caused by civil disturbance and/or Acts of God
